Playbooks supports 3 query types:
Extract queries pull key terms and information directly from your document. When information is spread across multiple clauses in the document, the extract query will pull them all together into one coherent summary.
Queries containing the words “who”, “what”, “when”, “where”, “why”, or “how” are perfect candidates for extract queries.
Test queries check whether a document meets a specific requirement or threshold. It is designed for closed yes/no questions and provides a quick pass/fail flag, along with a summary explaining the reasoning behind its determination.
Test highlights the relevant sections of the document that support its conclusion, helping you quickly see why a requirement was or wasn’t met.
Queries containing the words “does”, “is”, “must”, or “should” are perfect candidates for test queries.
Compare queries let you analyse a new document against a base document or set of documents. You can highlight differences, similarities and key points across documents to help you quickly see whether a new document aligns with previously accepted standards.
